The Payment Gateway is used to facilitate seamless transactions for Jourlix subscriptions and services. 2.2 All transactions are

3. Limitation of Liabilities
Gour Software & Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any unauthorized transactions, banking errors, or technical failures related to
the payment gateway. 3.2 We are not responsible for delays or failures in transaction processing caused by external factors such as
network issues or third-party payment provider disruptions. 3.3 Users are responsible for verifying their payment details before

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Users may cancel their Jourlix subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting customer support. 5.2 First-time
subscribers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 15 days of their initial purchase. 5.3 Refunds will be processed within 7-
14 business days after cancellation approval. 5.4 Any transaction fees incurred by the payment gateway will be deducted from the
refund amount. 5.5 If a subscription includes a minimum commitment period, cancellation before the end of the term may result in an
early termination fee.
